***Salmon with salad***
(For 1 person)
ingredients:
1 salmon/fish fillet
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 slice ginger
1 table spoon oil/olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1.Warm up the pan with oil and ginger;
2.Fry the fish fillet, each side for 2 mins;
3.Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder;
4.Ready to serve with lemon juice
